While not technically fly tipping by virtue of being in the back court, it is effectively the same thing as someone deposits there household goods/furniture and expects someone else to pick up the cost of removal.

Community monitoring of Yorkhill area to action removal of graffiti

There is a contamination cycle caused by commercial premises and close cleaning companies who persist in taking their buckets of dirty water after moping out their premises or close and stairwells ( in the case of commercial cleaners), and pouring it out on the pavement or road in front of their property or more often in front of other peoples property, only for the dirt to accumulate over weeks and months being further spread by vehicle wheels moving across it in the gutter to then carried back into their own premises and that of neighbours by footfall to start the cycle all over again.
This project is simple, to contact everyone involved and ask them to dispose of their waste water down a road drain (stank). If this is achieved then a major case of contamination can be stopped with a little additional effort by the polluters
